Navigating those uncomfortable feelings

ANGER if not dealt with causes us to lose our power.

Anger then can lead to shame.

Anger if not processed leads to a reaction then causes us to feel shame and hide our light.

YOU are not your Anger

Maybe someone told you that and left you with that.

Maybe as a sensitive soul the support you surround yourself with isn't what's best for your growth.

You are not the opinions of others.

Look within

Sit with those uncomfortable feelings and if shames rises because of your actions or reactions then look to hold that with forgiveness and compassion.

No-one is perfect

We are not here in this life to fix others only to EMPOWER them to do the inner work.

Surround yourself with uplifting people who are and have done the work so as not to entangle your ENERGY with those who are not WILLING to take the step to self heal.

HEALING STARTS WITHIN 

STOP SEARCHING FOR OTHERS TO HEAL YOU

YOU HAVE THAT POWER ALREADY WITHIN YOU.

Shift your focus from anger to what heals and uplifts you. Prioritize what brings you peace and positivity!
